How it works

Castle Cases are rented on a per-event basis. Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive a Castle Case at least one day in advance of your event.

After you've received your Castle Case, simply open up the lid and press the power button. The device will boot up, connect to available cellular networks, and begin broadcasting your private and secure WiFi network.

Connect your devices to the WiFi, just like you would at home or at the office and you're online!

Once your event is over, simply place the Castle Case back in its shipping box and affix the pre-paid label to the outside of the box and drop at any FedEx.

Our team has spent years managing WiFi and Internet for live-events large and small. We realized there was a need for powerful, simple, and reliable WiFi, customized and built with experiential marketing and brand activations in mind. We wanted to be able to offer WiFi for every situation that we could imagine for these types of events.

Using modern design and engineering processes, we took top quality networking and WiFi components and engineered them into a single case, with a simple one-button operation.

These rugged cases can supply speeds up to 75Mbps for more than 100 users. As long as there is cell reception, you’ve got enterprise-grade WiFi for your team.
